| INTRODUCTION TO INNER CHILD WORK | |||
|
1. There is a part inside you and me (and everyone else) which never grows up and never needs to grow up. 2. No matter how many years we have lived, there are other parts of us that would like to grow up a bit more and some parts that (definitely) need to grow up.
Everything you do is influenced by whatever your
inner child is thinking and feeling at that time. Inner Child Checklist - Is this a bit like you?
Once your Inner Child feels safe and
protected and "the grown-up you" talks to and listens to
him or her (regularly) things start to change. (This is something
that's very easy to start doing) These positive changes are enhanced even more when you discuss what you are doing and thinking with your inner child's internal protector characters. Psychologists call this dialoguing your inner protector characters* or meeting and talking with your own sub-personalities, It really doesn't matter what you call them or how you do it - it's easy to do and it works... |

Don't worry about these copyright notices at the foot of each page. It just means I want to hang on to legal ownership of what I write for use in future books. Until that day, please feel free to copy and even adapt them for your own use and for friends as long as you acknowledge me as the author and owner of the copyright and you don't charge anyone for them. If you want to use them professionally or commercially (charge a fee for them) or for clients, each sheet you hand out must include full acknowledgment of copyright ownership as above and if you are benefiting as a result, I would appreciate an appropriate sharing.
